Box Office and Retail Purchases:
All regular season tickets are $16. We will offer a senior discount for any advanced reservations. Senior discount tickets will be $14. In addition, advanced reservations with 10 or more are eligible for a 10% discount. NO DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR.
All sales are final. All tickets must be paid at time of reservation. Except in the case of a cancelled performance, there will be NO CASH REFUNDS. Exchanges are free of charge for patron members and are subject to a $1.00 exchange fee per ticket for all other ticket sales. All exchange requests must be made no later than 20 minutes before a performance. Exchanges may be made for the same production. If you are experiencing illness on performance day, please call the Box Office at 419-238-9689 (leave a voicemail if necessary) or email boxoffice@vwct.org for options.
If a ticket is returned to the box office at least 15 minutes before curtain, the cost of that ticket may be listed as a tax-deductible donation in your name in lieu of an exchange. In unique situations, the Box Office can exchange your ticket for a Gift Certificate in the amount of your tickets.
While you may choose to print your tickets, there is no need to do so. An usher will have your name on a list and can show you to your seat.
Box Office Fees:
VWCT does not charge a fee for any tickets at time of purchase with the exception of Lincolnview Theatre when VWCT processes the tickets. (Tickets purchased for productions we do at the NPAC will be charged a fee by Van Wert Live). Any ticketing exchanges are subject to a $1.00 per ticket fee. Retail items or non-performance event reservations purchased with a credit card may be charged a processing fee.
Privacy Policy
VWCT knows that you care how information about your information is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve the customer experience with VWCT. This notice describes our privacy policy.
Inclement Weather Policy:
If VWCT cancels a performance due to inclement weather or other circumstances, VWCT will exchange your tickets for another performance of the show or provide a voucher to be used for any other show. A refund of your tickets is an available option, but we ask that you consider supporting VWCT by either accepting vouchers or making a contribution to the theatre in the amount of your tickets. If neither of those options is acceptable, we will be happy to refund your tickets less the cost of credit card fees, if applicable.
If VWCT does have the performance, but you cannot attend the performance due to inclement weather, VWCT will exchange your tickets for another performance of the show or provide a voucher to be used for any other show. In order to exchange your tickets, please call the Box Office within 24 hours to arrange for the exchange. No refunds are available if the performance occurs as scheduled.
