Box Office and Retail Purchases:
All sales are final. All tickets must be paid at time of reservation. Except in the case of a cancelled performance, there will be NO REFUNDS. Exchanges are free of charge for flex pass holders and patron members and are subject to a $1.00 exchange fee per ticket for single ticket sales. All exchange requests must be made no later than 20 minutes before a performance. Exchanges may be made for the same production. No exchanges can be made from one production to another.
If a ticket is returned to the box office at least 15 minutes before curtain, the cost of that ticket may be listed as a tax-deductible donation in your name in lieu of an exchange.
Those purchasing tickets may choose to print their tickets at home or use their mobile app to show tickets on show night. An option to use Will Call and have you tickets waiting for you at the Box Office on performance night is also available.
Patrons are asked to assess their health before arriving and stay home if ill or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
- Do you have a new or persistent cough?
- Do you have shortness of breath?
- Do you have a fever?
Any patrons who arrive at the theatre ill or displaying symptoms of COVID-19 will be sent home. If you are experiencing illness on performance day, please call the Box Office at 419-238-9689 (leave a voicemail if necessary) or email firstname.lastname@example.org for options.
While VWCT works hard to reduce exposure to COVID-19, the public is assuming the inherent risk of possible exposure.
Box Office Fees:
VWCT does not charge a fee for any tickets at time of purchase. Any ticketing exchanges are subject to a $1.00 per ticket fee. Retail items or non-performance event reservations purchased with a credit card may be charged a processing fee.
Inclement Weather Policy:
If VWCT cancels a performance due to inclement weather or other circumstances, VWCT will exchange your tickets for another performance of the show or provide a voucher to be used for any other show. A refund of your tickets is an available option, but we ask that you consider supporting VWCT by either accepting vouchers or making a contribution to the theatre in the amount of your tickets. If neither of those options is acceptable, we will be happy to refund your tickets less the cost of credit card fees, if applicable.
If VWCT does have the performance, but you cannot attend the performance due to inclement weather, VWCT will exchange your tickets for another performance of the show or provide a voucher to be used for any other show. In order to exchange your tickets, please call the Box Office within 24 hours to arrange for the exchange. No refunds are available if the performance occurs as scheduled.
