In accordance with the statewide mask mandate, we REQUIRE patrons and guests to wear a mask, face covering, or face shield upon entry to Van Wert Civic Theatre and during the performance.  Please observe social distancing.

We ask that you refrain from congregating in the theater lobby or common areas.

VWCT has thorough protocols in place to reduce exposure to COVID-19.

When you arrive, an usher will show you to your seat. No tickets will be distributed.

Individuals in high-risk categories are encouraged not to attend performances.

Patrons are asked to assess their health before arriving and stay home if ill or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Do you have a new or persistent cough?
  • Do you have shortness of breath?
  • Do you have a fever?

Any patrons who arrive at the theatre ill or displaying symptoms of COVID-19 will be sent home.  If you are experiencing illness on performance day, please call the Box Office at 419-238-9689 (leave a voicemail if necessary) or email boxoffice@vwct.org for options.

While VWCT works hard to reduce exposure to COVID-19, the public is assuming the inherent risk of possible exposure.
